I don't think it has fans. Sometimes vents can still work even without a fan. I over clock my vita sometimes and it gets quite warm but I open the cartridge and it's like an exhaust vent and it cools down a bit, heat tends to go up and the charge port it's like an air intake. It should do something at least.

AliExpress just had a sale were I got one for $38 out the door. If you install Onion OS (basically drag and drop on an SD card) it's a really great console. I would take my Odin 2 to work for breaks and downtime, but I'm finding this a better fit for short gaming sessions. If I'm just killing time for 10-20 minutes this is perfect.
